This section will deal with different Philosophical Topics, Philosophical Writers and Philosophical Thinkers. Also this will contain different and compelling topics to spark interest and debate, hopefully investigation and learning.

I want to start with something very interesting, and intriguing.

In the Ultima Series of Games, which some may or may not remember, this game series started back in DOS, created by Richard Garriott. The thing that is interesting is that in the 4th installment of the games, Ultima 4: Quest of the Avatar, the presence of a moral code was very evident, the main character who had saved the world 3 previous times now had the quest of becoming the Avatar. The Avatar was to be the Ultimate Champion and one who the people of Britannia would want to emulate, because this Avatar was pure in his actions and was a very moral being. The King of Britannia, Lord British discovered his way to find this Champion of the people, this Avatar, he formulated the 8 Virtues that the Avatar would be bound to uphold and emulate, for only the most moral person could base and follow these 8 virtues. These 8 virtues are as follows:

1. Compassion

2. Sacrifice

3. Honor

4. Valor

5. Justice

6. Knowledge

7. Spirituality

8. Humility

These 8 Virtues were based on 3 prime principles that could not be further broken down.

1. Truth

2. Love

3. Courage

The Avatar would embody all of these and that Hero would be bound to those Virtues and Principles.
